. - The hardest part for me I would say was the portion on proration's and financing that being said I passed the test the first time, I know many colleagues that thought it was a test that you can skim over all the study materials and expect to pass and quickly realized that it's not - (Not saying that's you but I know many friends who thought that) but I would say just be sure to really study the material and take all the practice courses that you can if you do that I'm confident you will pass the second time around!

There's nothing better than to not have to worry about completely losing your lifestyle because you got fired. if you have the passive income to back you up, you can come to work everyday with a giant grin and just dare your boss to mess with you and fire you. 6800 per month is a very decent wage and i would milk every penny of it out of the company before packing my bags and saying goodbye.

It was a bowing brick wall and all he did was shore it up with skim coating of the wall that was bowing and added some concrete hollow blocks in front of the bowing wall.

Oregon and Washington have very strong anti equity skimming laws and what you can and cannot do with someone in foreclosure.Suggest you read those statutes before en barking on this path.that said people break the law EVERY day  doing this..
