Raising Capital Through Crowdfunding

I know Frank and Dave have raised a few funds via crowdfunding.

Does anyone have experience crowdfunding MHP deals? I'm interested in learning the requirements and pros and cons to use this type of financing in your capital stack.

RealtyMogul is the only platform who I've heard does crowdfunding for MHPs.
