I'm in the southeast Nashville Edge O Lake Area.

what is a good data sheet or checklist to use when estimating your rehab? I am about to bid on another site and i want to eatimate accurately.. Do anyone have an excel sheet that they are using?

I am currently a 23yr old librarian for Nashville Public Library.

We don't want to throw money down the toilet for the next year on over priced rent (Nashville area) when we could purchase a home that needs some rehab help and build equity as we live there by fixing it up and that we can eventually use as a rental property after a year or so.

I am an HVAC contractor in Nashville Tennessee and buy far the person who installs the unit is more important than the unit itself.
