Hi everyone,I am currently transitioning out of the Marine Corps after 8 years and will be in upstate New York in the Saratoga/Albany area.

I realized I wanted to get into real estate 3 years ago after I had read Rich Dad Poor Dad on one of my field ops in the marine corps.

I am a Marine Corps veteran who was in the  administrative field and I am currently working as a Human Resource Specialist with a government agency in the DFW area.  

That should keep me focused on my goals and might also provide some insight to others out there in a similar boat.A little about me:Currently an electrician apprentice in the Seattle area.Before that, in the Marines.

Through a casual conversation I get this info:She bought the house 3 years ago from a rehabber for her Marine son, he gets deployed a year ago April with no signs he’ll be back anytime soon and basically stuck her with it.

I'm also a Florida general contractor and specialize in marine construction.
