The house we are completing in San Clemente, though listed at $1,899,000, was designed with the thought that someone might want to purchase it for a luxury vacation rental, so we made sure rooms were spacious enough for bunks, plus added two separate loft spaces that would hold wall beds or sofa beds, in addition to adding additional view deck in the common area.

On the houses we are building in both San Clemente, and in Capistrano Beach, in looking at cooktops I'm torn between Induction cooktop and Gas.
