As I finally decide to gear up my first direct mailing campaign  my wife ( who is a pa real estate agent) is getting very nervous about the legality.

I haven't worked with a PA branch, but I really enjoy working with First American Title.

I have a PA real estate license in escrow and I wanted to get input on the pros and cons of getting my SC license as an investor.

A property next to one I own is a short sale and the bank recently rejected a PA that was submitted to them.It can be an excellent way to generate some equity though if you can wait.

On a side note, we had it u/c at $77K with a cash deal, so you know the seller will move a little on a cash deal...but probably not on a financed offer
