certified property manager training
If you buy/hold and then operate a rental, there are things you really NEED to know - - it's more than just collecting rents. Consider:
- your people skills
- understanding the tenant
- asset protection
- what to say, and more importantly, what you can never say.
- screening tenants the right way.
There are classes, online studies and books on becoming a certified property manager, and whether you signup & complete the course or not, you will be a better landlord if you at least read up on the subject.
