The guy could literally be a serial killer or child rapist in Mexico and you would never know.

Big Forestry outfit they then sent one of their guys to Mexico city to meet with a top flight lawyer there and it turned out 10k later to be a total scam..

This actually works best with houses that need intermediate to substantial repairs (the few owner occupants people interested will usually have a devil of a time getting financing for a house not in move in condition) or houses owned by people willing to accept a substantial discount for a quick close (like the owner who needed to pay a ransom for her son kidnapped in Mexico).This can be conveyed to the seller.

Let me know your thoughts on that looking to network with people that have any experience out here in Mexico.

I'm not 'planning on it's, but my wife us from Mexico and I'd go live there for at least part of the year.

Also, my future in-laws will be retiring to Ensenada Mexico soon and we need to be close to family when we have kids.
