Has anyone ever invested or thought of investing in Mexican property? Let me know your thoughts on that looking to network with people that have any experience out here in Mexico.

@Jon Morbes I have bought and sold in Mexico. Good experience overall. I owned a beachfront condo in an off the beaten path beach area of Progresso. Love the low utilities, very low taxes and lifestyle. I ended up selling it because it was too difficult to manage as a short term rental and really not ideal for that given its features. Also, I realized I’d rarely use it bc I travel to a lot of places around the world.

I found a good English speaking realtor who sold it for me while I was here in TX. I’m now looking at other international locations bc the tax rates and gov policies are making me nervous here in the US. There are better opps outside the US now.
