Hi BP! I know many people come on here and say how they purchased 20 or 40 or 60 units in no time, but I wanted to post our very realistic and achievable situation of purchasing our first 3 single family homes in a one year period, while living in one of the most expensive cities. Hope you enjoy my blog post below  :)

@Elenis C.

Hi Elenis,

Awesome awesome blog and I enjoyed reading it. Thank you for pointing me to the blog. It gave me a more courage to get started. As far is choosing city to invest in, do you just randomly say “let’s invest in Jacksonville,” or did you do some research on upcoming cities that are not too saturated yet?

Matt
