Finding good deals nowadays is a lot more difficult than in 2009.Here are some of the things I do to find good deals:1.

Nowadays, I've been around long enough to have heard many, if not most, of the stories about the people who claim to know something worth selling.

thats weird, i would think they'd just show up and try to inspect and if nobody answer then leave notice and/or try calling owner on record to make apptadding an extra room or even erecting a wall tends to require a permit first & inspection upon completion. 6 students crammed in a what, 1 bedroom unit?

is if you can't make it, don't bother to fake it... or i mean to say tenants/people nowadays at first point of contact can be so eager and devoted to commitment and stability but nevertheless driven by mood swings and miscellaneous life drama that eventually contradict the long term lease they have no problem at first agreeing to enter.Anyways so yeah I'll just leave it at that and set the income bar high that way worry less about loss of income situations; their problem.
