I bought my first 3Flat property and need advice on security cameras.

When you say remote security with cameras what are you looking to do?  

Sure, Someone can get in front of a phone or camera and make statements that give people hope…until they try it.

This was discussed in another thread discussing using body cameras on any entry.  

How about shooting a walkthrough video with a good camera.

See her with your eyes, and ask her to hold up her drivers licence to the camera while inside the house.On the same call you might want to talk to her about changing the furnace filters regularly to prevent damage to the furnace (sometimes in the all the commotion of moving they forget).Walk her over to the filter door and have her open it on camera, so she knows how--and tell her to never run the furnace with no filter.

Do you all have any recommendations on affordable motion detection cameras for my rental property?

do they do snake camera as well by default ?

Does putting in the listing that "house is occupied by sitter" or " house has alarm/cameras" help with deterrence?
