My portal, through USAA (usaa.mysmartmove.com or whatever the link is), says $38 is my price.

You are an accredited investor (net worth more than $1M or combined income greater than $300K) and not only are ALL investment open to you, but the different portals will court you for your business.  

@Ronald Troy Whidbee you should have tools in your MLS portal to do a CMA (we use Matrix). 

I don't use their lease agreements - I use biggerpockets pro lease agreements, have them sign it docusign, then I upload via apartments.com portal. 

Wanting to start putting systems in place we started using Tenant Cloud and put 2 new units on there and all renewals/new acquisitions will pay through ACH on the portal.

Looking for apps that are good at listing, screening, collecting payments/ rents, collecting and tracking maintenance requests and generally have portals for your resident/ client. 

they are guys in back rooms who read through a portal and just look at a very few things.
