Needless to say the insurance was not renewed at the end of the year.Insurance companies rarely if ever pay out like you would assume that they should, and often do more harm then good as the very long delays in repairs causes significant stress on your tenants and strains your relationship with them. 

Needless to say, months after.. she ended up selling the place for 40k.

Needless to say the walls,ceiling etc were a deep yellow. 

Needless to say, it has been quite a project.

Needless to say my time and financial resource are a bit limited but I am VERY determined to become the successful real estate entrepreneur that I know I can be.I look forward to meeting others who are investing in my market and potentially forming profitable business relationships.All words of encouragement and helpful suggestions to help someone with a busy schedule are always welcomed and greatly appreciated!

needless to say they no longer manage my properties, maybe your situation is different, and maybe you have an OUTSTANDING service that would make me ok with you pocketing a late fee if it only happens once or twice a year (but even then, probably not 100% of it). 

Needless to say, I do not invest with MI anymore and I have no plans to do business with Clayton again.
