I’ve just left a 20+ year career in corporate and commercial banking and am not sure why you’d need to know this.

I've just added a tenant to my cozy apartment, and he informed me that they charge renters a percentage when paying online. 

@Ate Etim-Edet I’ve had to get the leases signed over to me for the lender at times which I’ve just done after the closing.

I’ve just secured a property and am short on cash for this current opportunity. 

I’ve just turned 19 and am looking to move to another state (haven’t decided yet) by the time I’m 20 or within a year.

I've just moved to the US from Europe and am trying to understand the process as I start to purchase rental property. - As I find on and off market properties, is the common practice to engage a buyers agent (which I am very happy to do) to represent me ? 

I've just focused on out-of-state where I could get better cash-flow and valued appreciation as a "nice to have" rather than a "must have".  

I now have that great job making 100K full time but I recently found out about real estate investing and something was triggered in me to purse it.

I’m guessing I’ve just been ‘lucky’.  ;-)
