Hi, I grew up in a hispanic household who thought me to have a good job and work hard to keep it till retirement. I now have that great job making 100K full time but I recently found out about real estate investing and something was triggered in me to purse it. I'm single with no kids so I don't have anything to distract me or hold me back EXECPT the thought of doing this on my own at a late age of 35 because I have little to no knowledge. I'm genuinely looking for advice on what type of real estate investment would be best suited for me in the harsh market in my area and would mean so much to connect with successful real estate investors in my area.

@Account Closed I would suggest learning the business first from the ground up.

1st, find out what you are interested in learning, Fix and flips, buy and hold, wholesaling, creative financing, etc.

2nd, find a mentor in your area that is willing to teach you what you want to do.

3rd, put your team together and start. Mentor, Investment Realtor, Wholesaler or lead manager, etc.

4th, it's never too late to learn this.  You just need to want it.

Good Investing...
