If you can't get a mailing address on there you're stuck with a bunch of cards the postal service won't mail out.In order to find that space I would restructure the first slide, which I assume is the back.

You can always take a handful and ask your friendly local postal worker (well, they're friendly in my town, anyway, but it's a small town) and they'll tell probably be able to tell you right away what's going on.

You should figure out where you are printing this and ask them for guidelines for address and postage block, so you don't create a design and then find out at time to print that you didn't allow space for those things per postal regulations.I agree with @Jeremy T. that you need to present the problem, how it could get worse if not addressed (agitation), and what solution you provide to solve that problem and save the day.
