I apologize, I know my question is harsh and offensive but I honestly was asking myself what if they for whatever reason accidentally mailed to 995?

First off, no offense Taz but the advice you keep handing out is as usual not based on fact rather than opinion.

I have an acquaintance with Obama's exact personality...a career criminal. loads of charisma, everyone loves him, don't believe a word he says. don't let him in your house or anywhere near your money or friends phone numbers. no offense to Obama but he's got a lot to prove before anyone who has any real knowledge of money management will trust him.

No offense to a the hard money lenders on this site, but I am over hard money and have been looking for a silent partner/private money lender for almost 2 years now. 

No offense to realtors but they are soft, human and often un educated outside of the RE exam.

Sounds like you have a construction background, that can mean a lot of things to a lot of different people - NO OFFENSE.

A lot of other people find cold calling/door knocking annoying and generally offensive.

@Josh Caldwell - yes, Ohio seems to be on the front lines of this.

Basically,  no matter what a person did prison time for,  so long as it wasn't distribution of drugs or a sex offense, then owners/management companies need to consider those people for housing.
