Also, just  a heads up- it's illegal to put any thing into a mail box that wasn't delivered through the postal system.

I know we get a ton of questions on letters but from previous post all have mentioned intake and fulfillment is just as, or more important.

I am in the same position, but in the Buffalo, NY area.

I find if I am consistently mailing once per week over a month period to "distressed mortgage situations" it yields higher responses than monthly mailings.Also a technique we use is when we have a certain area hitting we will do an EDDM (every door direct mail) post card through the postal service to that mail carriers route.

On behalf of everyone who lives in the Dallas market but does not work for the postal service please stop. 

I am not talking about the acquaintances we have in our lives, like the postal worker or the teacher of our children.

One way to assure better deliverability is to get a list that has been run through postal certifications.

I also wonder do they get postal with the post man?
