Notes are not real property and trying to play a game on some form of equitable upside realized from a discount on the balance will cause the loan to not sell and a seller from not actually wanting to do any future business with you.We would never allow ourselves as investors nor any of our clients pursue a deal that looks, smells or hints at any type of wholesaling.

(that is a hint for other newbies reading along)There are three key resources you need to invest in real estate.1) time & effort2) Money 3) Knowledge & experienceYou need at least one but it doesn't matter which one to do real estate. you can earn borrow or pay for the other one or two.Since you apparently have the money but not the other two, you need to either work with other people to get #1 & #3. or educate yourself so that you have enough of #3 to be able to use someone else for #1.
