Focus on generating a endless flow of house deals and building a buyer's list will be easy.  

But I also know there are endless types of inspections that can be done and so I was hoping I could get some advice on what are the most important ones to have done as well as when in the buying process these inspections are generally done.

You would need an attorney experienced with litigating such cases in probate court.The big expense, after you've ponied up the initial retainer, will be discovery and endless interrogations.
