Need inexpensive marketing tips
hello Im Geneva just trying to find inexpensive marketing tools. Im a newbie wholesaler and its very slow for me. I'm also trying to build up my buyers list. I am currently located in Dallas!!

Hello an. d welcome to BP! I am from Dallas and currently live in Coppell. I do not have much experience in investing but I have some news for you about marketing. I am currently 60 years old and have plenty to say. There are several ways to market your property in real estate. Besides you being in a promising city your level of talking to other people about real estate is critical to your sucess. Whatever you select, be happy doing that and answer your phone. You can use scripts to remind you what to say.
One way to profit when you are ready is to drive through your market and look for sites that are and maybe for sale. Take some pictures to remind you of the property and even call FSBO signs. Remember to keep in touch with seller's in case they change their mind. Try to contact with motivated seller's and learn what they need (in other words why they are selling). Also look for empty house owners. Another way you can do it with door knocking in your area to see if they are interested to sell now or later. They are with regularly follow up calls. Contact those who are having yard or garage sales. It might be an estate sale and they have not try to sell the house yet.
Another way to market cheaply is to call people that are selling or leasing through Craigslist. Remember to follow up with them. One way to deploy maybe to get some sales or leads is to use bootleg signs that you can set out
Friday evening and pick up on Sunday night to avoid the enforcers and getting tickets. When you are walking through your market is to talk to others that live there (if they are out in the front yard) and leave sticky notes that are over-sized with a written ad with your contact information on it (ether on the mailbox or the garage door or front door. Talk to agents and tell them what you are buying.
Another way is to have a website that people will be attracted to you. Network with everybody you run into and tell them what you do. Be a problem solver. Learn as much as you can before starting your investments. Just practing on math analysis and offers before you start is one way. Another way is to join local clubs where you can meet others that will likely help you. Except when I went to college, not that it is mandatory, Dallas has been a pretty good place to be. Even after you start just keep on learning. Having others can lead to a referral.
Nicer neighberhoods will help you sell your house. Amenities it has on-site or off-site are a plus. Things like parks and bus stops, lakes nearby, school districts, and growth areas are a plus. Things within walking distance. Have your financing worked out before you start making offers. Right now the cash buyers are getting the most sales because of their ability to close faster. Be patient and consistent will help you. Another way that might help you are magnetic car signs. Direct Mail is probably one of the most used ways to generate sales and leads but it tends to be expensive. I hope that is information you can use but this is kind of getting lengthy.
