Disappointing that this seems to be common knowledge, but not applied in the school system.

I ask because I had a similar disappointing experience recently (kind of the opposite of yours - my commercial guy is great, the residential side terrible). 

Any one expecting a crash is going to be disappointed.

If you invest internationally, you need to know what you're doing, even more so than if you were at home.I don't mean to be negative but, if I was a newbie, I would start by doing what's been proven to make sure I don't get disappointed and give up on real estate because of that.

But you can't expect high growth there or you might be disappointed.

I guess I am just surprised and also disappointed that I saw it on this magnificent forum set up for investors.   

I was kind of disappointed in that number but feel I can raise rents and bring down expenses.

I'm sure they've seen borrowers disappointed by appraised values, have seen lessons learned, etc.

I was a little disappointed last week in that I hadn't received any more mail. 

@David Frantz I was actually kind of disappointed because I did run a Direct mail Campaign(Read about Here).... but this lead came off the MLS....
