Colombia Real Estate

Samuel Bain
Posted

Hi, I'm just turning 30 and thought it would be a good time to invest in real estate.

I am interested in Colombian Real Estate, and I'm wondering if someone could give me some thoughts on an idea I have.

I only have enough for a down payment on a apartment, but I am looking for a cosigner with the following conditions, if I cannot make payments on apartment, the apartment goes to the cosigner. I am also thinking of putting forward a cash incentive to cosign as well.

I am thinking that with the rising cost of real estate , and the condition of the economy, one would jump at the chance to partner with me , if they were already interested in investing in Colombia.

I am wondering how difficult it would be to have this all put in writing by a lawyer, the conditions of the agreement. And if this is even possible.

Have a great weekend, Sam
