There's conservative and then there's ridiculous.The larger point here though is that anyone thinking that maybe they can stretch a little and go for a commercial loan on a larger property is likely to be disappointed when they go searching for money - especially from traditional banks.

That is a disappointing statement, b/c in the SF market in DC (arguably one of the strongest rental markets in the nation right now) there are absolutely ZERO properties that would fit that bill, or even come close to it.

Disappointing cause it cost us an extra like $50 a month, but it quickly went up to 4.3 and doesn't look to be letting up much any time soon.With any luck refi will be an option and maybe we can scoop up that 3.875 as planned.

Honestly I bought his mentorship program with Isaac grace and it was a horrible experience they took a week to send me my receipt Anthony week for my video materials every time they had a conference call with the mentor when you call the hotline no one pics up very disappointed not saying it not good but def not worth the Money at all

I'm not just looking for general resources, though, I'm looking for things pretty specific. a friend loaned me Rich Dad's / Robert Koyaski's "6 Steps to Becoming a Successful Real Estate Investor." which it got me excited, I was a bit disappointed at the lack of depth.for example, they talk about crunching the numbers being vital to find out what's a good buy. yet they don't talk about what those crucial numbers are and how to calculate a good deal from a bad one.
