@Barbara Pinto, Mount Dora is very small, but does have a several block area near downtown that wouldn't be as attractive or command rents as the rest of the city. 

Are the subject properties actually in the wave of gentrification or are you pushing the line by a number of blocks?

Scott - rocks would make mowing difficult, however that makes me think parking blocks might just work, thanks 

I've got a couple places within a few blocks here. 

It’s not uncommon for stucco to crack a little, especially if stucco is added on top of something else like wood or block. 

Furthermore, they will not take down deliberately malicious reviews.

To boost, it is two miles to Texas A&M University and a few blocks from the bus route.

They are looking fire a VA loan on a manufactured home on a permanent block foundation on 2 acres in Pennsylvania.
