That's an ENOURMOUS amount of trust/money to put into a stranger's hands.

There's no number that a stranger on the internet can throw out that should infulence your decision.

I'm not a stranger to hard for and determination.

Personally I owned two bed and breakfasts for 24 years so I’m fine living with strangers but my wife has never lived like that and has a hard time living in our duplex at times with one tenant in the opposite unit.

Increased traffic, strangers in the house next door every 3-7 days, noise due to having a good time on vacation... the list is endless really.That is why a lot of us invest only in vacation spots where the regs are either non-existent or solidly pro STR.

It's almost impossible to find someone willing to mentor a stranger over the internet.

-they want realtors, pm's, contractors to all stop their workday to give an hour of advice to a stranger who has done little to no research of their own.
