You might not be able to get a reduced rice and seller financing.

There is a sticky post at the top of the wholesaling forum on how to find buyers. 

It gets really sticky with all the "smart home" technology and tenants getting weirded out.

This is the main reason this gets sticky...

I did driving for dollars, sticky notes on doors and hand delivered mail, because I couldn't even afford stamps.  

@Christian Marin I would get an option to buy on seller financing and record it  In the option it would state all the terms of the deal  Then I would sell or release my option for a fee  Florida is a little sticky about assignment contracts without a license 

That is why I wish there was a Sticky Note on here for New Investors to post posts like mine (and maybe there is and I just don’t know it) that tells them to Read This First before Investing!!!

I know it could get sticky with the US government if an investor is sending large commission checks overseas every month and that doesn't even address the possible tax implications.

There is something in the back of my head that remembers something sticky with VA loans.Do you know if there are any pitfalls when dealing with VA loans?

Sounds like a very sticky situation to me.
