I was told long ago that deals are made, not found.Not trying to be super negative here, but the whole story was simply not told  in the video and I hate to see folks get just pummeled by false assumptions and gimmicks.I have been involved with flipping since way before it was trendy and on TV.It troubles me that the process is presented like anyone can just buy a hammer and make millions.
