@Brooklyn McCarty contrary to popular belief, age is not a protected class under any federal housing statute. https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/fair_housing_equal_opp/fair_housing_act_overviewOf course if you look this up on Airbnb, they will tell you that housing laws are complex and they cannot interpret them for you.

Evictions are very code driven, and the statutes are pretty favorable to LLs so any defect is interpreted in T's favor.

It does state that you can't take more than 2 month's rent as a security deposit (one month if they are 62 or older).I would call a lawyer that know how the judiciary interprets the local laws and see what they say.
