BOOKS: National Law & Legislation, Taxes, and Florida Law

Hello!!

I am studying and reading everything that I can to understand the legal side of real estate.  Are there any good books on national law and legislation, taxes, and contracts?

For example, thoroughly explains what everything means and gives examples to interpret for understanding.  I've read "Real Estate By the Numbers" by Jeff Scott + Dave Meyers, as well as the  infamous Rich Dad, Poor Dad that really helped me understand everything (in simple terminology).

I'm up to read anything that will move me further into my journey.  Thank you!
