The best chemicals on the market today are supposed to be active for a 10 year period before they become ineffective.

We were required to empty the shower, sink counter and cabinets every Thursday so the the cleaning ladies could do their thing, which involved a lot of noxious smelling chemicals and total bathroom spray down.

That sounds harsh,  but the reality is you'll get further when you actually have a deal to shop around.  

Ive looked into enzyme cleaners, and other chemicals, but havent found anything suitable for floors. 

The harsh reality of it all?

If they had booked flights I would have honored it.As far as "consumer protection policies" the major listing sites already favor the guest over the host, and the penalties for a host cancelling are harsh as described by others, so that serves as pretty good protection against cancellations all by itself.

This is going to sound harsh, but I have to address the elephant in the room.How did you decide what to pay for this property without a full financial T12 statement? 

For example we always swap lock cylinders, shampoo flooring, chemical clean drains, ozone/disinfect, patch the mount holes.  

The biggest difference in price would be; can it be HEPA vac'd and chemically treated and cleaned or is demolition required.

There's nothing harsh about making a ton of cash, I promise.
