Or… interest rates have dropped and now they could sell for $50k more to a stranger but have to sell to you?

(You’re not still willing to borrow money from a stranger on the internet, are you?)

The scary thing is letting go of control on a first investment and trusting in a stranger. 

Strangers aren't danger if you screen them correctly and start off with short leases.

That's a lot to ask of a complete stranger!

That's an ENOURMOUS amount of trust/money to put into a stranger's hands.

Not to mention, one of my biggest fears is walking into a room full of strangers. 

It certainly does NOT make sense to me that either would apply ... but have seen stranger things come from audit experiences, Tax Court rulings and the like :)Cheers -

I happen to believe that if one goes to the interweb for simple answers from complete strangers to complex issues that require vetting and contracts, they're already in trouble....or they can read for themselves and get somewhat of an understanding of what they don't know.
