Investors wouldn’t pull money to fund your deal, even if it was the best deal on earth right now.

Insurance companies will go the ends of the earth to find a reason not to pay a claim.

Let go of thinking you need to do it all and surround yourself with people that can help you do it and appreciate them to the ends of the earth.

If you want an example of a fifth ring of hell here on planet Earth, have a project with the building and planning dept in San Mateo Co (Silicon Valley).

@Jay Hinrichs I agree with you, as much information as has been shared on this thread and others regarding this provider and partners, I don't know how on earth it would even be a consideration.

Anotherwords, once someone is in your property, you are (unfairly) hard-pressed to move heaven and earth to get them out, they basically own your property and your soul.
