How do I get investors for a owner finance

LOOK IM DONE WAITING!!! I got to figure out how to get investors, and I need your guys help please. I feel like I have found multiple owner finance apartment complex and I know I can negotiate them to cover 85-90% of the property. so how would you guys go about getting the 10-15% of liquid cash without getting a loan from a bank?

The biggest lesson I had to learn before I experienced success with creative acquisition strategies is "It's not about me or what I want".  Seller financing is a possible solution for a problem.  That solution isn't always the best solution for the seller. There are situations where selling financing is the superior solution so seek out those situations instead of having a hammer and everything looks like a nail.
