Many crowdfunding sites require you to be accredit, although that is become less of an issue lately it seems like with many of those platforms opening up funds for non-accredited investors as well.

@Justin MoySince the inception of the jobs act and regulation a+ offerings many of which have investment minimums under $5k, I think this will hurt the fund of funds model as there are now so many options open to accredited and non accredited investors who do not need to put in a $50k min and be accredited.Why not just invest in an etf is question I ask myself?
