Hello all, I am a Multifamily Broker in New Mexico and work out of Albuquerque.

Ok as everyone knows in New Mexico in the Albuquerque Area.  

We live in New Mexico and are nearing becoming real estate agents where we have affiliated with Keller Williams in Albuquerque.  

I recently spoke to a vacation rental PM that I refer clients to, and she said the best performers now are the gulf-access homes (meaning canal/waterfront homes with access to the Gulf of Mexico).

I have a property in New Mexico where like another poster mentioned, the water bill is attached to the house.
