Ok as everyone knows in New Mexico in the Albuquerque Area. I know its a blessing when a deal gets looked at and is of interest. Since im starting out and still learning the aspects of REI. When i get some deals i totally let it get the best of me because i forget to include my fee. But, just the opportunity of learning the was of REI. I hope i didn't create annomosity among my fellow colleagues who were interested in these deals. Im going with my motto of my business which is: "building a solid foundation for trust". So with this in mind if anyone has questions on my properties or willing to make offers im more than happy to give you feedback.

Thanks

I'm with @Marc C. on this one. We all make mistakes, Earl! I recommend coming by the ABQ REIA meeting Wednesday May 18th at the Unser Racing Museum Auditorium. 1776 Montano Rd NW, Albuquerque, NM 87107 visit the website at www.abqreia.com and check it out! They have guest speakers as well as time to network. (This month's guest speaker is honored to be a part.)
