Once the eviction got started the tenant kept insisting that she did not have to pay or move because she "had hardship" (elderly family member passed away etc.) and would take the cause to court for a dramatic movie worthy legal victory.Her court experience was not quite what she had imagined it would be and we got a ruling in our favor.

DeJoria, Donald Trump, Don Sterling, Sheldon Adelson, Steve Wynn, etc...They do work, it's just that they do (and have done to get where they area at) different things than most people do with their time.They have also made a lot of very smart decisions and been able to recover from any regretful ones they've made.There are a handful living on a stipend that have family offices handling money that was left to them when their elders sold off a huge business who lead what people think is a life of leisure, but that depends on the person.So as far as what the graph represents (to me) it seems kind of like useless information, in that it leads to making no more money personally.Good Luck!

If the seller is elderly a note can be a smart estate planning tool as a note will be discounted to its market value in the determination of assets and, if not marketable, may be exempt from calculations.Selling a SF deal can become much broader than just showing it as a RE deal, with some personal or commercial financial planning knowledge and understanding some estate issues you can present a SF deal as the very best way to sale a property.While it takes some effort to learn these other financial aspects it's not rocket science and then you can enter areas of creative financing to fit the needs of a seller.When do you bring up SF?
