Hello All,Looking to hand off the book keeping for my real estate and small S corp that I have.I am going to transition to Quickbooks and hoping to find out how others handle this.Question:How do others work with book keepers so that the book keeper can handle the data entry with minimal time required on my pat?

I have been doing my own bookkeeping and taxes up to this point. 

I mean can my bookkeeper can access?

This also has to cover the cost of tools, work truck, gas, insurance, taxes, fees, benefits, overhead, office space, the cost of writing "free" estimates, computer, cell phone, bookkeeping and everything else that comes with running a business!

Our PM software Streamline does most accounting functions for us so the bookkeeper we hired can do the rest.

By that time I will be employing bookkeeping with my cpa.

They Process payments, tenant screenings, and have nearly automated book keeping. 

Can anyone recommend a virtual assistant to do bookkeeping for a 14-unit rental property business?

I have also been looking into a virtual bookkeeper. 

@Miranda McClure do you hire out bookkeeping or do it in-house?
