Given these constraints, I am thinking that we shoot to get a brain trust of people together first and have some online dialogue rolling, so when we meet were more than a bunch of strangers in a room ha.

You could partner with some stranger on the internet.

I used to do door to door sales I'm no stranger to the hustle.  

Her vote should be more important than a bunch online strangers.

But if a stranger to your area is your target market, the name may  make me them want to click on your listing.    

We could see splitting the costs of a vacation home with friends or family, but we wouldn't want to share with complete strangers when there's no way of knowing if they would cover their share of the costs, take more than their share of access, maintain the home to our standard, etc.The idea is good.

People are untrusting of strangers and it seems they would want to keep the title in their name to protect themselves against scammers.
