I have a radio show where we teach people about RE investing and have guest speakers who are professionals in their respective fields.

I'm not saying to descriminate against non english speakers.

But none of the guru stuff; that usually only happens when they bring in the "big name" speakers to headline.

The only way I can think of any type of credit being given is to forward the name and or other info of the referred party to Josh, and then credit be given, but this would be a timeconsuming nightmare if there were a lot.Countless times, I have spoken at RE clubs as the head speaker and advised all in attendance to join BP.

Those meetings were really good, I started networking with a few folks already there and the speakers were really informative, but I want to see what else is out there before I actually join a club and fork over full dues.Thanks again.

I went to a REIA meeting and a speaker as talking about using a combination of Trusts and LLC's.

My guest and I walked out after the speaker failed to teach any real estate for 3 hours.

One of them is also not a native English speaker but that hasn't seemed to be a problem. 

The speakers do need more time for their presentations.
