I think it's highly invaluable to have a centralized location for lead generation, lead follow up, marketing campaigns, and publishing single property sites to multiple outlets seamlessly.  

Lack of control of how each person's information is blended in the overall "product", not just me, but each person contributing will be "associated" with everyone else, they may not care, but I kinda do.Probably a moot point, I'm so behind probably can't get anything in.

There's channel manager, for example, that would link Airbnb, VRBO, and all the different platforms together to prevent double booking and to have one seamless interface.
