Also I recently found out some states don't participate (California is one) on the tax treatment of Opportunity zones.

I know there are other platforms out there that do the same thing...I've just always used Zillow and have had a great experience with it so far.Again, if you need any examples of documents or templates I'm happy to provide them!

Yeah, Account Closed the macro numbers are always confusing and can be misleading.We are already in a quiet recession that most people don't realize...a real estate market crash is unlikely...Chicago is so big and I've just come to find that if you provide a quality product in the top 20% of the rental market there won't be a problem renting out the unit.  

I've just finished reading the Ultimate Beginners Guide and have been listening to all the old podcasts from the beginning, so lots to catch up on.

I guess I've just let myself get emotionally attached to this place.
