OMG you mods freak me out.

Been listening to bigger pockets pod casts daily for over a month now to and from work.

I have a longer list of lenders who have done them in the recent past, and BP mods asked me to stop posting it as it is lengthy.

We can meet at MOD coffee house at 2126 Postoffice!

I’ve read/listened to a bunch of books and pod casts but with all this info where do I even begin to apply it?

I've reported and let the mods sort it out.

After stumbling onto the Bigger Pockets pod cast I’m on the search for a buy and hold investment property’s.

We all have to research and once I started I was hooked and focused.I read everyday about RE and listen to a few Pod Cast a week.I'm still. in the research phase of things and I work full time and have every other weekend part time job.I'm also working on becoming a signing agent and the next 30 days and becomong REA at the same time.So to start wholesaling may be best for me at this time.But my future goal is to Flip and Buy and Hold.Last but not least one of the members of the group that was a REA in Atlanta told me about BiggerPocketscom and I think it is awesome.Candice
