I conclude that practically nobody from RTP moves to Silicon Valley;) (hint: humor!)

I see a lot of people mentioning "expanding your search area", hinting at looking for deals in other cities.

Any hints/facts I can give family that would help them see the upside that is REI?

Take a hint from mortgages, it is usually stretch out for 30 years.

I had tenants stop paying at the first hint of COVID and eviction stays.

That would be over $150,000 as long as I've had my properties (well over 20 years with never even the hint of a suit). 

I know people have speculated but I've not seen anything official anywhere even hinting at it.

So a doctor walks in the room with you and your child and said “they have  ____ ug/dl blood level of lead, here’s what we can do”.( Hint, it’s not a lot and what is basically effective is incredibly painful for the child.
