I've spent countless hours on BP learning a TON, but would never have jumped into this because of it.All that to say, I think I could probably get a great deal of the info I need through BP.

I have a ton of mistakes from my first flip I could go on about...One personal lesson that stands out: After dealing with countless flakes, scrubs, and big talkers, I learned not to wait on potential "buyers" before taking any necessary action to sell my house.

Even go on Youtube and countless videos shot in rented properties or hotels (not porn).

I know a few other in Wears Valley that had the same experience.We had countless conversations with folks at VRBO while this was going on and the calls were all fruitless.  

I've seen countless instances here where people buy property thinking they can do what they want, only to get snagged up because something catches the city's eye AFTER the property has been purchased. 

@Benjamin RiehleI think a lot of what is left out is the countless deals that people do that are not homeruns before they finally get that one homerun deal.

Countless lives were affected, especially during the "Crack" years when a lot of these properties were shelter for addicts.I grew up in NYC from the late 60s and know how bad it got.I personally believe that Property Taxes need to skyrocket on individual houses if it is left unrented or unoccupied by the owner.
