I'm not saying Ponzi scheme but man it just sounds easy to go from legit to shady real quickly.I just keep going back to the fact that real estate is simple.

Downside (and it's really not in the grand scheme) has been the increase in property tax each year because the area is improving, which has raised the mortgage, which has decreased cashflow.

Many throw out the word pyramid scheme for many businesses.

Hello,I hate to be a wet blanket, but I must point two things out if anyone is trying to combine this scheme with traditional mortgage financing (@Daren H. got a hint of it):1) Your loan officer or mortgage broker will generally ask you questions, fill your loan application out for you, and hand it to you to sign.

By the numbers you gave they are pretty close in the grand scheme of things how has the service/ turns been in comparison?

In the grand scheme of things it does not matter that much.

Note investing is not a get rich quick scheme.
