Joe Gorethat wasnt the case in this situation as the property tax's showed owner and not an LLC.

Regarding the NII comments earlier...there is actually a case in the Supreme Court that MAY strike down the NII as unconstitutional.   

Unfortunately, that wasn't the case in my area.Recently, I was shocked to receive a bill from Privy that not only charged me for my annual fee but doubled the charge.

Case in point, someone is wholesaling a good deal to me now from a friend.  

Our 4month old baby also has food protein allergies and requires an expensive diet.

In fact, lots of experts are saying that the housing market should largely be excluded from the coming collapse, because it is not the reason the economy is struggling, as was the case in 2009.

Case in point -- I recently had to paint the ceilings in two rooms in our personal residence.  

I’m just turn the case in to a contingent based agency and forget about it
