The house is on fire or they smell gas they should call the fire department or gas company.

I smell a problem, "non profit" buying and selling  tax certificates.

I am just getting through a bitter divorce battle and it has left me at a all time low.

So i found this listing in Loopnet for an office building at $1.2mil w/ a 26% cap rate.It's in a pretty good area and 100% leased up.Talked to the agent and he said it's closing tomorrow; final price $1.05mil and stat...

If it feels bad, sounds bad smells bad and looks bad it's bad.  

But the downsides of actually living here are many:-It stinks all the time from the local puppy show factory and some other factory that nearby that makes the air smell like ammonia most nights.

Mostly from Allegan to Three Rivers, Paw Paw to Battle Creek or a 45 min drive from Kalamazoo in either direction.
